Eddie McGuire takes a stand for his beliefs – “Anyone who doesn’t follow Collingwood is going to hell.”

Drawing courage from Israel Folau’s stand against homosexuals – a stand which is costing him millions of dollars – current Collingwood Football Club President, Eddie McGuire, has taken a leaf out of his book and openly expressed an unpopular opinion on Twitter that anyone who doesn’t follow Collingwood is going to hell.

“All of them. Every single one of them will burn in the eternal fires,” tweeted the coin tossing twat. “Carlton, West Coast, Swannies – all gunna burn for not following the one true club, Collingwood.”

“If it’s not black and white, it’s just not right,” said Eddie, upsetting AFL fans around the country. “NRL, cricket, netball too. I don’t care what anyone says, these are my beliefs and I won’t back down.”

Taking heat from callers on the MMM breakfast radio show this morning, Eddie openly said he didn’t give a fuck before launching into an unlistenable rendition of ‘Good old Collingwood forever.’

Sports codes around the country are naturally wary of the growing trend of high profile sports people voicing stupid opinions, scared that it could lead to an epidemic of Anthony Mundine proportions.
