Pauline Hanson calls Fraser Anning a racist. Fraser responds with, “Thank you.”

“Coming from her, that’s a compliment,” said Senator Anning.

Pauline Hanson has lashed out at Senator Fraser Anning labelling him a “racist”. We know Ms Hanson didn’t know the meaning of the word ‘xenophobic’, but it appears she is unfamiliar with ‘irony’ as well.

After targeting Asians in her maiden Parliamentary speech, Ms Hanson somehow feels entitled to throw a giant stone inside her glass house at good old F.A. If her hope was to unsettle the Senator, this move backfired spectacularly as she has now given the Senator a big tick of approval in the lead up to Saturday’s election.

“Pauline called me a racist ha ha? Coming from her, that’s a compliment,” said Senator Anning. “I might even make it my official campaign slogan.”

Ms Hanson’s statement could very well cost her votes, as her followers might be taken in by the newest, shiniest racist on the block. We shall see on Saturday.
